Shop Policy
Introduction
This Shop Policy sets forth the terms that customers must comply with when using the services of the online store operated by Ginza Karen Shinsaibashi Store (hereinafter referred to as "our store"). By using our store, you are deemed to have agreed to this policy. The purpose of this policy is to ensure smooth and fair transactions between the customer and our store.

Shipping Policy
Our store aims to deliver products to our customers quickly and reliably. Please review the following shipping policy.

2. Shipping Fee

The shipping fee is included in the product price.
3. Shipping Period and Delivery Days
Days until Shipment: Orders placed before 6:00 AM will be shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 6:00 AM will be shipped on the next business day. We do not perform shipping operations from January 1st to 3rd or on other specified event days.
Estimated Delivery Time: After shipment is completed, delivery will be made between 11:00 AM and 8:00 PM on the same day.
Delivery Delays: Please note that delivery may be delayed due to bad weather, traffic conditions, disasters, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Cut-off Time
Orders placed before 6:00 AM will be shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 6:00 AM will be shipped on the next business day.
5. Specified Date and Time
Delivery will be made to the hotel front desk between 11:00 AM and 8:00 PM on the shipping date. It is not possible to specify the exact time of deliver.
Return and Exchange Policy
To ensure that our customers can purchase products with peace of mind, our store has established the following Return and Exchange Policy.
1. Conditions for Returns and Exchanges
Please note that we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to the customer's personal reasons.
Period for Returns and Exchanges We will accept returns or exchanges only if you contact our [Inquiry Desk] within 7 days after the product's arrival.
Condition of Products Eligible for Return or Exchange The product must be unused, unopened, and include all product tags and accessories. We cannot accept products that are deemed to have been used.
Products Not Eligible for Return or Exchange The following products are not eligible for return or exchange:
•Products for which 8 days or more have passed since arrival.
•Used products.
•Products that have been soiled or damaged by the customer.
•Products explicitly marked as non-returnable or non-exchangeable.
2. Return and Exchange Procedure
Contact
Within 7 days of product arrival, please contact our inquiry desk (Phone: 06-6105-0000, Email: maruwa-onlineshop@maruwaunyu.co.jp) with your order number, product name, and reason for return or exchange.
Product Return
Following the instructions from our store, please return the product within 10 days of contacting us. When returning the product, please package it carefully to prevent damage and use a trackable shipping method.
Inspection
We will inspect the condition of the returned product. Once we confirm that the product meets the return/exchange conditions, we will proceed with the necessary steps.
3. Return Shipping Costs and Fees
The return shipping cost and re-delivery fee will be borne by our store.
4. About Refunds
Refund Method
The refund will be processed through the credit card company or electronic payment company used for the payment.
Refund Timing
The refund process will be initiated within 3 business days after the inspection of the returned product is completed. The timing of the refund from the credit card company is subject to the regulations of each card company.
Use of Coupons and Points
If you return an order in which coupons or points were used, the coupons or points will not be returned. The refund will be made for the amount you actually paid.
5. About Cooling-Off Period
Since mail-order sales are a system where customers make a purchase decision based on their own will, the cooling-off system under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions does not apply. We appreciate your understanding in advance.
